Authentic shawarma, grills & pizzas
Fresh Shawarma is a proper Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen on Aylestone Road. Chicken and lamb are marinated, stacked and roasted on the spit, then sliced to order into warm wraps, toasted samun, naan, or a full box meal.
Alongside the shawarma we roast whole grilled chickens and bake fatayer, calzone and 10-inch pizzas — with falafel, samun and veggie options for anyone skipping the meat.
